Your Role

• Consulting: Support our clients in implementing Conversational AI use cases, considering regulatory and governance frameworks.
• Presentation: Conduct sales meetings and client workshops independently and lead customer projects.
• Sales: Create proposals and further develop sales processes with determination.
• Content Creation: Develop and update presentations on GenAI, Conversational AI, and Contact Center solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Identify, assess, and explore new players, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge Transfer: Organize training sessions, contribute to Fachbeiträge, conferences, and strengthen our internal ConvAI community.

Your Profile

• IT Education: A completed degree or training with an IT focus or comparable experience forms the basis for your role.
• Expertise and Passion: You are enthusiastic about Conversational AI and its benefits for our clients.
• Consulting Skills: You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting, partner, and project management.
• Technical Know-how: You understand programming, software architectures, hyperscalers, AI governance, and regulatory aspects.
• Industry Expertise: You have solid knowledge of one of the common Conversational AI platforms (e.g., KoreAI, Cognigy, Parloa) and agent systems, as well as GenAI, LLM, RAG.
• Language Skills: Your excellent German and English skills enable effective communication.
