Your contribution:

• After an intensive onboarding phase through our HIS Academy, you will develop into our specialist (m/f/d) for the implementation of a new, innovative software solution for the clinical workplace (KAS), analyzing the processes of your hospital clients, gathering their requirements, and designing the appropriate customer solution.
• You will independently configure the system and document your work.
• You will create training materials and train and support users during the commissioning phase.
• You will be closely involved in a team of consultants and solution architects. You will use agile methods to structure your work and ensure team success.
• As we value long-term customer relationships, you will continue to support your clients even after the project has been completed and implement additional and change requests.

What you bring along:

• A completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in business or medical informatics, or comparable practical experience.
• Good knowledge of modern web technologies such as HTML, JSON, XML, or CSS is an advantage.
• A solid understanding of process and data modeling, strong analytical thinking and working skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident demeanor.
• Ideally, initial experience with workflows in hospitals or with hospital information systems.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, combined with a willingness to travel nationally about 30-50%.
