• Comprehensive project responsibility - you manage IT projects from conception to successful go-live, monitor budget, quality and time frame and ensure efficient implementation.
• Methodical management & agility - Using approaches such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, you lead teams through all project phases in a structured manner and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Interface between customer & development - you understand technical and functional requirements, translate them into epics and user stories and promote goal-oriented teamwork.
• Risk management & communication - You identify risks at an early stage, initiate countermeasures and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Workshops & requirements management - You moderate strategy and requirements workshops, ask the right questions and document precisely to ensure reliable implementation.
• Quality assurance & process optimization - You monitor project progress, carry out reviews and retrospectives and continuously optimize processes.
• Knowledge transfer & coaching - You support customers and teams with training on agile methods, project management techniques and IT consulting best practices.

Your profile

• You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, (technical) business administration, digital business or a comparable field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in IT project or requirements management, are familiar with agile methods and have successfully implemented complex projects.
• You have sound knowledge of project management and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• You have analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management as well as a structured, independent way of working.
• You are a strong communicator and have consulting skills when dealing with customers.
• You speak business fluent German and English and are willing to travel anywhere in Germany.
• You are adept at using tools such as Office365, Jira and Confluence and are willing to familiarize yourself with new project management tools and software environments.
• Ideally, you have certifications in the areas of project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2), agile working (e.g. PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) or IT service management (e.g. ITIL).
