    As IT Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact (m/f/d) for all IT-related questions from the specialist departments at our company's four locations.

    Type of position: Full time

    Your duties:

    • Management of IT support for the entire company with the support of the internal
    • IT service team and external IT service providers
    • Coordination and monitoring of external IT service providers as well as planning and control of all associated activities
    • Procurement of software and hardware, license and asset management
    • Supporting the specialist departments in the planning, implementation and monitoring ofIT projects
    • Internal data protection coordination in collaboration with the external data protection officer
    • Development of guidelines and process descriptions
    • Conception and continuation of the information security strategy
    • Planning, coordination and management of IT projects for secure IT operations
    • Organization of employee training on IT topics based on an e-training environment
    • Checking contracts and invoices
    • IT controlling and monitoring of the annual IT budget

    What you need to have:

    • Successfully completed studies (business informatics, business administration or comparable course of study), alternatively completed training as an IT specialist in system integration
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity, ideally in an engineering or architectural office
    • Experience in the coordination of external solution providers and IT service providers
    • Strong analytical, conceptual and process-oriented mindset
    • High degree of initiative as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Willingness to familiarize yourself independently with the latest topics and technologies and to undergo further training
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German, English at least B2
