Your mission

• You take care of operational and strategic IT issues within the company
• You are the point of contact for colleagues and manage IT support from long-standing external IT partners.
• Together with the external IT experts, you evaluate the need for IT infrastructure, concepts and required software and manage the implementation of IT projects
• You will participate in digitalization projects to ensure the future viability of our processes
• You are responsible for the procurement of IT hardware and software, including cataloging and provision at the workplace
• Coordinating and supporting external service providers and suppliers in the IT area
• You are the contact person and interface to the externally appointed data protection and information security officer

Your profile

• You have an education in information technology or business informatics or a comparable education
• You have proven experience as an IT coordinator or in a similar role
• You are interested in a job that involves IT technical, legal and organizational issues
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications and cloud solutions
• Independent, structured and analytical way of working combined with a high level of initiative
• Competent and confident interaction with customers & suppliers
• You have a hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of German and confident technical English skills
• Knowledge of data protection, information security and BSI IT basic protection is an advantage
• Willingness to participate in internal training courses on information security is expected
