Ihre Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate the company’s IT project portfolio

• Manage IT-related contracts and agreements

• Take a lead role in global IT budgeting and financial oversight

• Develop and uphold enterprise architecture standards across the organization

• Drive the full lifecycle of IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards

• Administer the cybersecurity awareness eLearning platform

• Conduct regular evaluations of IT benchmarks and performance indicators

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of IT master data

• Lead the internal control system initiatives and ensure audits and assessments are performed

• Track and report on key IT performance metrics

Profil

• University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification

• Solid professional background in corporate IT environments

• Proven experience in managing projects, ideally certified in PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP

• Strong knowledge of ITIL or COBIT frameworks

• Solid understanding of IT operations and business alignment

• Hands-on experience with business process and enterprise architecture modeling tools, preferably in a SAP context

• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training tools is a plus

• Experience using workflow solutions like K2, Nintex, or Basware is a plus
