Technical Skills

2–4 years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure field support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting, without impacting hardware warranties or violating customer security compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals, as well as desktop applications.
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN setups and ability to perform “Smart Hands” activities under instruction at onsite locations.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Proficiency in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including Windows OS and preferably MAC/Linux OS.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
Smart Hands support for peripheral and networking hardware (monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting skills for systems and networks, including end-user network cabling issues.
Experience in repeat call analysis and implementing preventive actions.
Experience in problem management.
Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
Associate Degree in Electronics preferred.
CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
Vendor certifications (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, etc.) are an added advantage.
