    Gesundheitsholding Lüneburg GmbH was founded in 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hanseatic City of Lüneburg. Under its umbrella, a total of nine companies work hand in hand for the health of the people in and around Lüneburg, from Klinikum Lüneburg to Psychiatrische Klinik Lüneburg and SaLü. With around 3,800 employees - including around 280 trainees - Gesundheitsholding Lüneburg is the largest employer and trainer in the region.
    To strengthen our IT department at Gesundheitsholding Lüneburg GmbH, we are looking to fill a vacancy at the earliest possible date for a
    IT employee (f/m/d) for the IT service and decentralized infrastructure department
    permanent and full-time with basic part-time suitability. The fulfillment of tasks must be ensured during daily working hours.

    Your tasks

    • Cross-company IT incident management according to the IT service concept
    • Processing of incident reports in 1st level and 2nd level support
    • Inventory and documentation within the IT service and incident management system in use
    • Installation, configuration and provision of decentralized infrastructure (e.g. PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, scanners, etc.)
    • User support on site
    • Creation of quality management-relevant documentation
    • Project-related work in the specialist department
    • Collaboration in interdepartmental and interprofessional working groups
    • Participation in the hotline and on-call service

    Your profile

    • Completed training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) or comparable training with relevant specialist knowledge
    • Confident handling of common decentralized infrastructure components according to the state of the art
    • Willingness to attend department-specific training courses
    • High degree of service-oriented work
    • Careful handling of particularly sensitive data
    • Practice-oriented and reliable way of working
    • ability to work in a team
    • Good communication skills
    • Possession of a class B driving license
    • Language level C2
