IT expert SAP strategy (m/f/d)

Plenty of room for your expertise - how to get involved

• Inventory: You analyze the existing actual landscape, work out potential for change in terms of cost-effectiveness, integration of interfaces and security aspects; you evaluate SAP standard functions and compare them to industry solutions in the real estate environment and analyze requirements for IT solutions, the conception and coordination of implementation, tests and commissioning
• Conception: You develop solutions for the strategic implementation of HOWOGE SAP and non-SAP systems to reduce dependence on external service providers, carry out major development and customizing activities (in coordination with the development team) and deal with the design, design and planning of system environments for business-critical applications
• Project management: you determine and specify IT project requirements, check their technical and time-related feasibility and monitor the IT budget; you also prepare profitability analyses as part of project management
• Communication & cooperation: you advise IT users and technical coordinators, moderate workshops on requirements specification and project management, provide advice and support in projects, take on an escalation function in IT projects and, if necessary, manage the technical team and control external colleagues

Personally and professionally - we build on your strengths

• Experience: in the private sector real estate / housing industry environment, in ABAP development, application consulting and/or development in the SAP environment, in the introduction/use of IT applications in construction management, e.g. as IT project manager or key user, in systemic requirements analysis, solution design, development and operation of IT applications
• Qualifications: Completed studies, ideally in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or a similar course of study or completed commercial / IT vocational training, supplemented by many years of professional experience, knowledge and skills
• (Specialist) knowledge: in SAP (including customizing) in the private housing industry environment, strong knowledge of ABAP development (ideally SAPUI5), design and planning of system environments, support for transition projects to transfer an existing system to future new systems, IT tools in construction projects and specialist knowledge of managing processes in the private housing industry and complex construction projects
