IT Infrastructure & Business Process Manager

Your mission is to ensure that our growing business runs smoothly by setting up scalable infrastructure, automating processes, and supporting other areas in all IT matters.

This job is a mix of business process management and infrastructure development.

General Requirements

Language: Full working proficiency in German and English.

Residence: Based in Germany.

Work Location: Remote, with regular team meetings in Munich. Munich/Bavaria-based candidates will be appreciated.

Education Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training (Ausbildung) in (business) informatics, data analytics, information systems, or economics with additional IT qualifications, or similar.

Your Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure:

You will help us improve and scale the infrastructure needed for daily team and customer operations, from Zapier integrations to Airtable structuring.

You will serve as an IT generalist, skilled at handling various technology-related tasks.

You will help us implement AI tools and processes for all relevant team areas, from content to marketing, sales, and finance.

Business Process Optimization & Project Management:

You will design and implement process models for enhanced efficiency.

You will work closely with our management team to define strategic priorities and implement the processes that will help us scale.

You will define and execute matchmaking strategies and solutions for FitTech Club members.
