Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide onsite support for end-user devices, manage assets and perform physical maintenance of IT equipment.This position requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network services, Active Directory and server/network troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:Set up and maintain end-user hardware (Wi-Fi access points, RF scanners) following SOPs and manuals.Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues and take ownership of complex incidents.Maintain accurate asset records in the central CMDB.Serve as primary IT support at your location, including occasional support for other sites across Europe.This role involves participating in IT-related projects and providing remote/on-site support as needed, including on-call availability.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving ability and end-to-end issue ownership.Excellent communication, time management and collaboration skills are essential.BenefitsMaersk values diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all employees.We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage those with disabilities to apply.OthersWe are looking for someone who has a strong background in IT support, experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and ITIL V3 Foundation certification.Additionally, knowledge of warehouse operations and handheld device configuration would be beneficial.
