 What you’ll do 
  - Collaborate with Global Process Owners (m/f/d) to identify and prioritize business requirements, translate them into IT user stories, and manage their implementation through testing and go‑live within agile sprints 
  - Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations by enhancing data protection functionalities, supporting data deletion and retention processes 
  - Optimize and ensure consistent, compliant handling of customer data across systems and touchpoints, including managing and improving interfaces between platforms like websites, SAP CRM, and communication channels 
  - Drive the development of the “Data” product by implementing industry best practices and explore new technologies to improve customer data management 
  - Continuously improve data‑related processes, ensure smooth data exchange across systems, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to align business and IT goals 
   
 Who you are 
  - Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, as well as customer data management systems and customer data platforms (CDP) 
  - Strong knowledge of global data protection regulations (e.g., privacy by design) and experience in implementing data privacy and compliance solutions 
  - Proficiency in requirements management, including creating and managing IT user stories, with the ability to translate complex requirements into innovative, actionable solutions 
  - Familiarity with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum), including experience in sprint planning and cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., GPOs, IT teams, business representatives) 
  - Solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills, a high degree of initiative, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and business standards
