IT-Koordinator (m/w/d) First- und Second-Level-Support

Overview

AOK Niedersachsen is looking for an IT Coordinator in Hannover. This full‑time role (38,5 hrs) is unbefristet and offers a flexible work model with up to 20% Homeoffice.

Responsibilities

• Advising employees on IT and communication questions and ensuring smooth application usage.
• Handling Service and Support requests and managing the First‑ and Second‑Level Support on site, by phone or remotely.
• Administrating hardware and software systems and training staff in the use of communication devices.
• Implementing both organizational and technical changes concerning the information and communication technology.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker/in with at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Class 3 or B driving licence.
• Secure German language skills (minimum B2/C1).
