Tasks

• Responsible for the further development of the consulting portfolio in the area of Grid and Information Technologies.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to position the management consultancy in the market.
• Participation in specialist conferences and networks to expand the business contact network.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Identification and acquisition of new consulting projects and clients.
• Conducting presentations and workshops for clients.
• Project management/mentoring for IT (software) implementations, network topology solutions for (critical) IT infrastructures, IT service scopes in large-scale energy and mobility transition projects, and digitalization projects in critical infrastructure.
• Application of professional project management methods.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of IT architectures at all levels and agile software development.
• In-depth understanding of complex technical, organizational, and regulatory systems in the energy sector.
• Experience in the development, implementation, and operation of complex IT systems for electricity grid operators.
• Strong understanding of IT security (KRITIS and ISO 27001) and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
• Ideally, experience with data-driven solutions for flexibility marketing in the energy market and connecting decentralized flexibility.

Education and Experience:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, energy, or business informatics.
• Several years of professional experience in the energy sector and consulting.
• Management experience, ideally in a comparable position.
• High affinity for management and technical consulting.
• Practical experience in operating (critical) IT infrastructure.
• Extensive experience in corporate, strategic, and business development, as well as project management.
• Experience in developing and leading diversified teams.

Skills

• Ability to set strategic goals and pursue them within the team.
• Strong decision-making skills and willingness to take responsibility.
