Job Overview

As an IT Manager Infrastruktur / Applications (m/w/d), you will support the conception and implementation of IT solutions, considering customer-specific needs. You will be responsible for developing system adaptations in the MM/PP module in collaboration with SAP Key Users from various departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure functionality of all tools and systems within your responsibility
• Assess needs and advise departments and projects, designing tailored solutions if necessary
• Create guidelines and standards for service providers, users, or administrators
• Develop process descriptions and implement them, following the framework set by the IT Manager Expert
• Conduct market analysis and monitor innovative trends relevant to your area
• Develop and update process documentation and conduct user training
• Manage service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Advise and support logistical departments in SAP-MM, PP, WM/EWM processes
• Coordinate changes in SAP PP, MM, WM with the central IT department
• Represent the department during the company's transition to SAP4/HANA for relevant modules

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
• Specialized training in infrastructure/applications
• Strong analytical skills and extensive SAP experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent presentation skills, confident demeanor, high engagement, and flexibility
• Willingness to travel worldwide
