    We are looking for an IT Manager to join a leading workspace provider in Munich, Germany!

    This full-time on-site position is based in Munich, requiring some business trips to Düsseldorf (every 3 months), and reports directly to the IT Global Director. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the site team, responsible for managing all IT-related problems and projects.

    What will you do?

    • Maintain communication with the Global IT Director and ensure branch policies are aligned
    • Provide technical support and guidance to Mindspace members and employees
    • Administer Cisco Meraki networks - VLANs, Switches, MX, etc.
    • Manage network printers - installation and configuration
    • Maintain and operate conference room AV systems
    • Maintain and operate CCTV and security systems, coordinating necessary updates
    • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials as needed for projects
    • Plan, organize, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
    • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and effectively
    • Develop and implement solutions to enhance IT performance and efficiency
    • Communicate IT issues and updates clearly to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs

    Candidate profile

    • Experience with Cisco Meraki - essential
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
    • 3-4 years of Helpdesk or Deskside support experience - essential
    • Hardware and troubleshooting skills - essential
    • Familiarity with MDM / EDR solutions and cybersecurity systems
    • Experience in a global company - preferred
    • Strong customer relations skills
    • Experience managing a network computing environment and delegating tasks
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS
    • Experience with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration
    • Ability to support beyond regular work hours
    • Excellent English and German communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
    • Passion for the startup ecosystem
    • Enthusiasm for MINDSPACE, willing to embody and promote its values
