Responsibilities:

• Support of the entire IT department
• On-site support for deployed IT systems
• First point of contact for IT disruptions and technical issues
• User support on-site or via remote maintenance
• Coordination and communication with external service providers
• Maintenance and further development of the ERP system

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training in an IT profession
• Professional experience in system administration
• Experience with ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Structured, independent, and careful working style
