DATAGROUP in Berlin is looking for an IT Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on system integration to join our team in Berlin (Ost-Deutschland region). The role involves acting as the contact person for IT issues at customer sites, primarily in Berlin and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Onsite installations and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, printers and related peripherals in the East Germany deployment area
Analyze and resolve issues in the Microsoft Windows environment (Desktop, Notebooks, Printers, Network) directly at customer sites
Process and document incoming tickets in ticket systems
Set up and dismantle workplaces and client workstations
Advise and instruct users on systems, notebooks and mobile devices, including data and profile backup

Qualifications

Completed training as Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration (all genders) with several years of IT support experience
Solid knowledge of standard software, operating systems and deployment of applications and operating systems
Experience with Windows Active Directory, Windows domain environments and permission administration; troubleshooting desktops/notebooks, printers and mobile devices
Enjoy technical challenges and stay persistent until a solution is found
Strong customer- and service-orientation with reliable work style
Willingness to work at varying locations, valid driving license (Class B) and the necessary flexibility
Very good German language skills (C1) in speaking and writing
