JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
For the support and coordination of IT projects within our organization and its affiliated entities, we are seeking an experienced and motivated IT professional to join us as soon as possible.
This role combines responsibilities as both an IT System Administrator and a Project Coordinator. In addition to internal IT operations, the position also involves supporting IT-related tasks for several group companies operating in the region.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers and operating systems
- Ensuring system availability and managing the IT infrastructure
- User support: processing IT inquiries, troubleshooting and managing users in relation to IT systems (Windows 11, MDM MobileIron, Intune, VPN Global Protect) and software (Office 365)
- Managing and monitoring IT projects in terms of time, budget and quality
- Close exchange with internal and external stakeholders and regular communication with the IT department, management and the parent company
- Supporting the creation of project plans, milestones and resource management
- Identifying and proactively managing project risks and developing solutions to problems
- Ensuring quality standards, compliance and cyber security with processes
- Preparing project reports and documenting progress and results
- Monitoring budgets and expenses and ensuring compliance with financial requirements
- Supporting the planning and implementation of changes during the project
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must require:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge in the use and administration of SAP (advanced knowledge is an advantage)
- Sound knowledge in the administration of servers (e.g Windows Server 2016, 2022), networks (e.g Cisco Meraki Switch, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, HP Aruba Wifi) and common IT support tools/processes (e.g Teams, Teamviewer)
- Very good communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
- High level of personal responsibility and the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Good to have:
- At least 4 years of experience or equivalent in system administration, ideally in an international corporate environment or with a project management background
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Japanese language skills

- Working hours: 9:00–17:30, 1 hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week
