As an IT Program Manager (f/m/d), you will be accountable for the full lifecycle management of complex IT programs.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Drive programs from initiation through execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets, and establish project charters.
• Estimate, acquire, and develop necessary resources and teams.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and develop communication plans for transparency and alignment.
• Control program costs and manage procurements.

You excel in

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience & Skills: 5+ years in IT project/program management, leading complex initiatives, and demonstrating technical expertise.
• Ways of working: Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile), excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
