Your tasks

1. Your task is the planning, management, and controlling of sometimes complex, transnational IT and digitization projects, including several projects at the same time.
2. You will lead project workshops prepared by you.
3. You monitor budgets and deadlines.
4. Risk management is one of your tasks.
5. You coordinate the project teams (including external service providers).
6. Collaboration in the preparation of final project reports completes your portfolio of tasks.
7. You are responsible for reporting to sponsors and steering committees.

Your profile

1. You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or information technology or have a comparable qualification, and are open to a career change.
2. You have at least three years of professional experience in project management with a focus on IT.
3. You have experience with project management methods (classic, agile, hybrid).
4. You are characterized by very good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and an affinity for IT.
5. Experienced handling of common MS Office applications is a matter of course for you.
6. You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe on business.
7. You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English (at least B2).
