Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• As a member of Global IT, you will oversee the definition, planning, orchestration, and execution of medium to large cross-departmental and cross-site digitalization projects within legal and regulatory requirements.
• You will manage the entire project lifecycle, working closely with relevant teams across departments and global locations.
• You will develop project charters, plans, resource allocations, and related artifacts in coordination with stakeholders.
• You will monitor financial forecasts, align internal and external resources, and manage project-related expenses.
• Ensure project scope management to meet time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Define and track milestones, maintaining and reporting on the overall implementation plan.
• Manage internal and external project partners, motivate teams, and handle claim management for assigned initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing strategies and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Create internal communication plans and regular project status reports.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring transparency and traceability.
• Represent projects in steering and cross-departmental meetings, proactively informing stakeholders.

• Relevant university degree with several years of experience in a similar role or extensive training and professional experience.
• Proven experience in independently leading IT projects.
• Experience managing teams of specialists and experts within projects.
• Strong process understanding for planning and executing complex IT projects.
• Knowledge of various project management approaches, their advantages, and disadvantages.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical environment, GxP, and CSV frameworks / GAMP5.
• Experience with SAP projects, preferably S4/Hana.
• Skills in change, claim, and risk management.
• Structured working and thinking style.
• Persistence and determination in implementing topics.
• Negotiation skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong team and communication skills.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
