What you'll do

• Be a driving force of our global transformation journey and help us to build and ensure a resilient, secure, future-proof and user centric application landscape with a strong focus on SAP systems
• Set up and lead IT projects focusing on SAP Platform foundation, tool chain and application Lifecycle management implementation, upgrades and improvements
• Plan and monitor project scope, milestones, deadlines, and resources, including budget management, in alignment with the IT strategy and project portfolio
• Ensure effective project risk management, reporting, and communication, including the preparation and follow-up of steering committee meetings
• Identify relevant innovations and recommend changes to current and future logistics applications
  
Who you are

• Proven track record in (co-)leading projects in the area SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and cloud-based SAP solutions
• Proven experience with SAP Solution Manager and other ALM tools as well as CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) in SAP environments
• Solid understanding of agile and classic project management methods with related expertise in process and project management tools and methods (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
• A collaborative and goal-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, a balance of “can-do” mentality and entrepreneurial thinking, complemented by strong communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
• Business-fluent in German and English
