Your responsibilities

1. You initiate, plan, and implement IT projects for the continuous, future-oriented development of the KGS IT landscape.
2. You record, communicate, and coordinate the requirements of different stakeholder groups.
3. You document, analyze, optimize, and implement IT processes, systems, and their interfaces.
4. You prepare ISO certifications, accompany audits, and serve as the contact person for internal and external auditors.
5. You identify and assess potential IT risks.
6. You communicate IT risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
7. You support the implementation of operational IT administrative tasks.

Your strengths

1. Three to five years of experience in the successful implementation of IT projects.
2. Familiarity with IT process frameworks and best practices such as COBIT or ITIL.
3. Ideally, experience with the implementation of ISO certifications.
4. Ability to initiate and implement change initiatives successfully.
5. Confident communication with various internal and external stakeholders in German and English.
