We are seeking an IT Projektmanager (m/w/d) for our End-2-End Workplace division, specifically in the area of End-2-End Individualleistungen, at our locations in Hannover or Münster .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects for the transfer of individual application operations from Sparkassen
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Analyze requirements and develop concepts for IT solutions
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare management reports and status updates
• Conduct and facilitate workshops
• Identify and manage project risks
• Continuously improve migration procedures for transferring individual applications

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI)
• Experience with IT infrastructures and a deep understanding of client-server technologies is advantageous
• Strong communication skills combined with conceptual thinking and structured working methods
• Excellent team skills and social competence in dealing with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
• High customer and service orientation with initiative
