Overview

IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d) - Telematikinfrastruktur

Company: HASOMED GmbH (ITCOS GmbH, a member of the HASOMED group) seeks an IT project manager to advance digital health care initiatives and support TI4HEALTH solutions for the Telematiknetz.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates IT projects in the Telematikinfrastruktur area.
• Develops solutions with cross-functional teams and incorporates customer feedback into the product roadmap.
• Monitors project progress, documents and analyzes status, and minimizes risks.
• Identifies industry trends early and translates them into innovative products.
• Works closely with customers, partners and stakeholders and actively supports product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects, ideally in healthcare or telematics.
• Strong proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Interest in digital product development and user-centered work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Structured, independent work style in networked teams.
• Flexibility, creativity, organizational talent and healthy self-confidence.
• German language skills at least at B2 level.
