IT Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Limited to one year

For our location in Lippstadt, we are looking for an IT all-rounder (m/f/d) with a passion for technology and service - initially for a limited period of one year. Your tasks

Support and administration of server and client hardware as well as network components (switches, access points, routers, firewalls)
Administration and maintenance of Microsoft systems (Windows Server & Client, Active Directory, Office 365)
Virtualization management with Hyper-V
Independent processing of IT tickets and projects
Contact person for employees with IT issues throughout the company
Collaboration with software developers and business analysts in the IT team
Maintaining contacts with external service providers and vendors
Participation in on-call services during production times
Occasional business trips to our locations in NL, BE and TR

Your profile

Must-have

Sound knowledge of server and client hardware
Experience with network administration and hardware
Confident handling of current Microsoft operating systems
Active Directory and Office 365 expertise
Hyper-V administration
Good English skills and confident demeanor

Nice-to-have

Experience with Remote Desktop Services, Veam backup and G-Data Endpoint Protection
Knowledge of 1st & 2nd level support
Dealing with Confluence and Jira
VPN know-how
