Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software solutions that support customers in aircraft maintenance.
• Analyse IT incidents independently and collaborate closely with colleagues to find effective solutions.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, handling everyday requests to complex IT issues.
• Document all work steps thoroughly to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Provide direct on‑site support at the customer’s location in a production‑close environment.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (e.g., IT technician) or equivalent IT support experience.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and current Windows operating systems.
• Experience in a production‑close support environment preferred.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
• Structured, solution‑oriented working style and high commitment to helping customers.
