IT service technician (f/m/d)



JOB PROFILE - ID 10237



TASKS



1. Carrying out hardware installations, relocations and upgrades according to specifications, including physical connection and functional tests.
2. Coordination of rollouts and management of small installation teams for hardware setup at the customer's site.
3. Responsibility for inventory, maintenance of asset data and documentation in the customer tool.
4. Carrying out repairs and troubleshooting for hardware problems as well as 1st and 2nd level support.
5. Installation, configuration of hardware and operating systems as well as setting up network parameters according to specified standards.



KNOWLEDGE



1. Completed training or 1 year of relevant work experience in the IT sector within the last 3 years.
2. Current certifications or at least 3 years of experience in 2nd level support within the last 5 years.
3. Experience in working with ticket systems or similar documentation processes.
4. Good basic knowledge of network technologies and ability to solve simple network problems.
5. Sound knowledge of hardware installation and management, including PCs, printers and peripherals as well as Microsoft Office and current Windows versions (Win10/Win11), Apple iOS devices and common IT hardware.
