About the Project: IT Infrastructure and end user support. Our team: International friendly team with 7 people located in different parts of Germany. Technologies used: Social engineering and others. Opportunities: Gain unique experience working in an international environment with open-minded people. Enhance your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Install workplaces for new employees
2. Resolve end-user issues locally and remotely
3. Support local IT services (file server, print server, Active Directory, etc.)
4. Support local IT events (teleconferences, meetings, etc.)
5. Travel for business to other offices if necessary
6. Manage corporate systems (ServiceDesk, SVN, etc.)
7. Prepare IT documentation
8. Communicate with suppliers

Skills

Must have

• Basic experience with end-user equipment (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, IP Phone, Projector, etc.). Understanding main components, upgrades, troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of network technologies and protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP, SSH, troubleshooting.
• Experience with SVN and other common end-user applications.
• Work experience with Linux.
• Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Mac systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft products.

Nice to have

• Russian language skills
