Responsibilities

• Onsite, as well as remote support (1st & 2nd level support)
• Ticketsystem and documentation
• Support with hard- and software problems
• Implementation/execution of hardware & software rollouts
• Assignment/Granting of rights in the Active Directory

Qualifications

• A completed training/education in the IT environment, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, IT merchant or comparable professional experience.
• Knowledge in the general hardware environment (PC, printer and other peripherals)
• Expertise in Win10, MS Office
• Language skills in English and German

Areas we are looking for specialists

• Networks (e.g. WLAN, Wifi, LAN, Router, Firewall)
• Operating systems (e.g. Linux, macOS etc.)
• Servers (e.g. Windows, Exchange, SharePoint, Linux etc.)
• Data centers (Windows, Linux based)
• Mobile Device Management (MDM for IOS / Android etc.)
