Support your team :

As part of the team, you will handle inquiries and tasks in all facets of application support. Application support includes answering questions about the procedural use of existing applications and finding solutions, taking into account existing industry-specific processes and user management in an Active Directory environment. You will support current and future IT projects and be familiar with the independent implementation of smaller technical sub-projects. Your main tasks are :

• Supporting the IT environment of our existing ERP application landscape
• Application support in the area of ERP and individual industry solutions (automotive, trade, rental)
• User support (remote and on-site) across multiple branches / locations
• 1st / 2nd level support
• End device support (including workstation (FAT, Thin), printer, mobile devices, etc.)
• Creation of documentation and training materials
• Release and change management with error documentation
• Creation of reports and SQL-based queries
• Collaboration in IT projects

As a professional you bring :

• Completed training as an IT specialist or higher IT qualification, alternatively completed commercial training with a high personal affinity for IT
• Several years of professional experience and specialist knowledge in modern ERP system landscapes
• High willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Knowledge of report software (Designer), SQL knowledge and an understanding of databases are an advantage
• Good knowledge of hardware, network and software relating to the Microsoft Server product range, SQL Server, virtualization, terminal server environment
• Analytical, results-oriented, systematic and independent way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
• Customer orientation and good communication skills
