• IT specialist - focus on application development Java, ERP / CRM & digitization (m/f/d)
• You will develop and optimize our existing frameworks for the Group's core systems - and thus drive the digital transformation forward. You will actively support our software and hardware systems and ensure that they are future-proof.

Shape the digital future with us! - Your tasks

• You will design, program and implement applications and modules with Java (Spring Framework) and SQL, both independently and in collaboration with external service providers
• You will be responsible for release management, from planning and coordination to the implementation of software releases
• You analyze errors, provide internal support and fix bugs - for stable and high-performance software and hardware systems
• You actively shape the digitalization and automation of our business processes and implement innovative solutions
• You work on the further development of our IT infrastructure and integrate future-oriented technologies

Your profile - what you bring to the table

• Completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) specializing in computer science or a bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively: several years of professional experience as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with demonstrable knowledge in the areas mentioned
• sound programming knowledge in Java, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and the Eclipse development environment
• Experience in the areas of database management, reporting and controlling
• Good understanding of statistical evaluations and experience in dealing with open source licenses
• Initiative, analytical thinking and the ability to penetrate complex technical contexts
• Team orientation, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented way of working
• Business fluent in written and spoken German

An advantage - that would be a plus

• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Knowledge of agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
