IT Support Engineer - Berlin - 60k

Your Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support for our software products
• Actively communicate with customers to resolve technical issues
• Install, configure, and update our software solutions
• Conduct on-site customer training on our systems
• Independently analyze and troubleshoot software problems
• Document issues and solutions in our ticket system
• Create and update user manuals and documentation
• Perform software testing, document results, and manage software releases



Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, a related field, or completed vocational IT training
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support and customer service, ideally with system integration and testing
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience with databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL is a plus)
• Confident working with Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Linux Server environments
• Familiar with IT systems such as networking, virtualization, scripting, services, and monitoring tools like NAGIOS
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent in German and English
