IT Support Engineer
12 month freelance contract

5-days per week in office

I am looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (Microsoft, Azure, O365) to join a consultancy who specialise in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. This role is based in Berlin and will require freelancers to work onsite. The current contract is 12 months, with the option to extend. An hourly/ day rate will be offered.

You will join the consultancy and provide desktop support and end-user server administration for all client issues, while responding to level 1 and 2 service tickets. There is a team in place and collaboration will be required to escalate all problems to the next level of support. During your contract you will get the opportunity to partner with a number of flagship clients.

A little bit about you:

• Experience working onsite at a business, dealing with stakeholders and communicating across several teams
• Microsoft Office 365 (O365)
• Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 10/11
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Client VPN setup and troubleshooting
• Hands-on hardware experience with desktops, laptops, and servers
• Microsoft 365 suite
• Azure
• VMware
