About the Role

Throne Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in cabling and infrastructure installation to support the deployment and maintenance of large-scale cloud computing environments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in technical, fast-paced environments and is eager to grow with a global IT services provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fiber and copper cabling in data center environments.
• Troubleshoot and test cabling connections to ensure quality and reliability.
• Receive, rack, and connect new server and network equipment.
• Perform break-fix maintenance and provide timely troubleshooting support.
• Execute hardware and software diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Throne Solutions’ global support teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.



Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Hands-on experience with cabling (fiber & copper) and infrastructure installation.
• Strong understanding of data center environments.
• Proven ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with server and network equipment installation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Preferred:

• Technical certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, or similar).
• Experience in cloud computing environments.
• Exposure to hardware/software diagnostics.
• Prior data center or IT field support experience.
