Your mission

We're growing fast and working on critical challenges where security, reliability, and speed matter. Our internal IT setup is cloud-first, modern, and built to scale — and we need your help to keep it running smoothly. You'll be part of a small and motivated team, helping us deliver great internal support while building the systems that power our work.

Responsibilities

Deliver first-line IT support for employees in Berlin, Munich, and remote — hardware issues, account setups, troubleshooting, etc.
Own onboarding and offboarding processes from the IT side (laptop setup, account provisioning, etc.)
Take care of IT inventory, license management, and device distribution
Help maintain our documentation and improve support workflows for scalability
Support internal tools and SaaS platforms (GWS, Slack, Okta, Atlassian, etc.)
Assist in ongoing IT and security projects (VPN, MDM, access management, etc.)

Qualifications

Solid experience in IT support or system administration — ideally 1–2 years in a professional environment
Familiarity with Windows and Mac environments — Linux a plus
Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Structured working style, good documentation habits
Strong communication skills — both in German and English
Willingness to grow, learn, and help make our IT setup future-proof
