IT Support / Specialist

A client in Hamburg is looking to build their finance team. They are an IPP company with around 300 employees and they are looking for an IT Support Specialist. They are well known in the industry and involved in the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive fault reports and service requests via telephone, email, and a ticketing system.
2. Install, configure, and maintain all hardware.
3. Analyze issues, discover solutions, and resolve problems.
4. Provide on-site user support and guidance for emerging concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Completed training in the IT sector with initial professional experience in service desk, technical support, or similar roles.
2. Interest in IT topics and technology, with adaptability to new tasks and domains.
3. Basic understanding of supporting Windows clients, Office 365, and Active Directory.
4. Proficiency in supporting iOS and Android platforms.
5. Fluent in German and English.
