Responsibilities

• Managing and administering internal IT hardware and software
• Providing first-level support and acting as the IT contact for employees
• Network administration and support
• Maintaining and optimizing interfaces with customers and suppliers
• Managing our ERP system (Alphaplan)
• Identifying and implementing improvements in IT processes
• Managing and developing our cloud environments (Azure, SharePoint, Teams)

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist, degree in computer science, or comparable qualification
• Experience in managing and developing IT processes, preferably in an ERP environment
• Self-reliant, structured, solution-oriented working style with good organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, high service and customer orientation
• Good German and English skills (minimum B2)
• Additional advantageous skills include:
• Proficiency with IT hardware and experience setting up and supporting workplace systems (PCs, notebooks, printers, peripherals)
