IT System Architect

Join the SCHERER Ingenieure team as an IT System Architect with Siemens Energy . You will analyze requirements, develop concepts, and drive implementation across international customers. This role bridges customers, projects, and development to deliver innovative, reliable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyse international customer requirements and align them with standard solutions.
Coalesce conceptual solutions with the team, present and document solutions, and prepare business proposals and offer calculations.
Act as project and customer liaison, serving as the interface for administrators, developers, and business units.
Coordinate internal communication between customers, projects, and the team.
Lead development of new concepts in collaboration with the development team.

Qualifications

Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Electrical Engineering (IT focus) or equivalent.
Multi‑year professional experience in IT administration, ideally with project structure.
Strong knowledge in IT architecture design, virtualization (Hyper‑V), Active Directory, and Windows operating systems.
Experience in project implementation, customer communication, and cross‑cultural team collaboration.
Ideal: Knowledge in cybersecurity (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27000).
Excellent German and English technical communication; willingness to travel 5–10 days.
