IT Systems Engineer - Client Services

As an IT Systems Engineer in our IT Client Services team, you are responsible for administrating all client-related hardware and software components in an enterprise environment used at Brainlab worldwide. Are you a generalist, technologically adept, who has already gained some experience in Client services in a corporate environment? Then you are right with us!

Your main tasks are:

1. Manage/administrate all Client devices at Brainlab
2. Establish a Linux client management environment
3. Develop and implement cloud-based VDI
4. Evaluate new hardware/software used at Brainlab
5. Enterprise Printer management
6. Collaboration with the Client Services team

Your qualifications include:

1. A degree in computer science or an equivalent technical education
2. Experience in Linux operating systems
3. Experience in Windows operating systems
4. Know-how in Endpoint Management Solutions (Intune, SCCM, etc.)
5. Scripting knowledge is a plus
6. IT Security awareness
7. Advanced English and German (B2) skills
8. Ability to work independently
