IT-Teamleiter Technical Consulting (w/m/d) IT-Healthcare

We are seeking a Teamleiter for a partner company specializing in clinical/medical software for hospitals . This role involves leading a team responsible for implementing and configuring clinical software, with the possibility of working almost entirely from home .

The company manages the entire project cycle and is currently looking for a leader to guide their technical consulting team. The position is available immediately or at a later date .

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of approximately 15 members responsible for consulting and implementing clinical software systems (KIS, LIS, RIS)
• Developing team members' skills and career paths
• Coordinating task distribution and resource planning in collaboration with project management
• Defining standards within project management based on the product catalog
• Contributing to the development of the product portfolio

Candidate profile:

• Extensive experience in leading IT teams both technically and managerially
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure in medical settings, including servers, virtualization, databases, etc.
• Experience with technical requirements for software deployment and operation in clinical environments
• Proficiency in project and process management
• Business acumen, e.g., in forecasting
• Motivational and communicative personality
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
