Now our client, a global operating renowned Japanese company, is seeking for its branch near Düsseldorf a Japanese speaking executive assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• executive assistance: scheduling, travel management, meeting coordination
• interpret and translate in German, English and Japanese
• internal as well as external communication
• document management and creation
• support management and other departments

Your profile:

• relevant working experience as an executive assistant or comparable experience
• business fluent in Japanese and English, very good German skills
• working experience in a Japanese company is an asset
• understanding of Japanese as well as German business culture and intercultural competence
• confident handling of MS-Office applications, IT literate
• excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• multitasking skills, time management capacity, precise working method
• proactive, reliable and flexible
