Role Overview: I am the technical lead, responsible for tailor-made software developments addressing specific business needs and contributing to the digital energy transition.

My tasks include:

• Technical leadership of a team of internal and external developers
• Developing solutions and communicating with stakeholders
• Identifying necessary software components and tools
• Setting technical specifications and documentation
• Ensuring high development quality through code reviews and governance
• Implementing cybersecurity best practices to protect critical energy infrastructure and ensure compliance
• Defining and maintaining the technology stack
• Collaborating closely with application managers and product owners in a dynamic environment

My profile:

• IT/tech-related academic degree (bachelor’s or master’s)
• Several years of experience with Java
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring / Spring Boot)
• Expertise with Kafka
• Experience with Angular for frontend development
• Knowledge of highly available systems, microservice architectures, API-centric design, and development environments
• Understanding of software design patterns and CI/CD methodologies
• Languages: English (C1), German (C1)

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud environments (public/private)
• Knowledge of standards and web technologies like gRPC, BPMN, and web libraries
• Familiarity with OAuth2.0, graph and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes
