Soda is proud to partner with a fast-moving, AI-focused tech company that's redefining how businesses engage with their customers through smart, multilingual automation platforms. They’re now on the hunt for a Senior Java Developer to join the team!



Role: Senior Backend Developer (Java)
Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Germany!)
Salary: up to €75k
Language: German fluency (minimum C1) required


What You’ll Be Doing:
• Backend-Focused (80%)
• Develop scalable services using Java (v8+)
• Work with REST APIs, WebSockets, messaging systems
• Implement robust testing with JUnit and SonarQube
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Oracle)

Frontend (20%)


What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Strong backend development background in Java
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like Svelte is a plus (Other frameworks also fine!)
• German language proficiency (C1 minimum)
