As Team Leader , you will play a key role in building a new Java team. The team’s mission is to design identification solutions that will inspire customers with AI-driven, fully digital, and secure processes.

Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, and optimize the Java-based IT architecture
• Collaborate closely with the data science and product management teams
• Provide technical coaching and support the further development of your team

Your Qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience as a Senior Java Developer
• Initial experience in a management role
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture (Spring Boot)
• Experience with IT integration projects
• Fluent in English and German
• Attractive salary up to €100,000
