Position: Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) - Field Service

Type of employment: Full-time

Contract type: Permanent

What we are looking for:

• Self-employed maintenance, repair, and commissioning of tracked and wheeled vehicles, turret systems, and weapon systems
• Implementing technical modifications and upgrades on military equipment
• Customer training on functionality, operation, and maintenance
• International customer service deployments with extended stays on-site

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training in automotive, commercial vehicle, agricultural machinery mechanics/mechatronics
• Experience as a customer service technician or in automotive technology
• Knowledge of the defense industry or military environment is desirable
• Independent and customer-oriented work approach
• English language skills, flexibility, and resilience
• High willingness to travel due to international assignments
