Job Title: Freelance IAM / IGA Consultant – Advanced Authorization (Workshop, Remote EU)
Location: Remote (EU-based contractors only)
Duration: 2–3 Day Workshop + Potential Extension
Start Date: October / November 2025
Rate: Competitive (hourly/day rate)
Role Overview Our client is looking for a highly skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance (IGA) Consultant with deep expertise in Advanced Authorization to deliver a 2–3 day workshop . The purpose is to design and demonstrate a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) showcasing best practices in authorization, policy enforcement, and governance . This is a short-term freelance contract with potential for a longer-term engagement.
Key Skills Needed

• Strong consulting experience in IAM / IGA .
• Experience creating a Minimum Viable Product in relation to IAM/IGA.
• Hands-on expertise in Advanced Authorization , including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and PBAC (Policy-Based Access Control) .
• Knowledge of front-end policy enforcement and cloud deployment (Azure, MCP or similar).
• Experience running workshops, pilots, and prototypes for enterprise clients.
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders .
