About the Position

As a Junior BI Consultant, you will be involved in the development and enhancement of controlling tools with Business Intelligence within customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer projects to develop and improve controlling tools with BI.
• Utilize OLAP products such as Cognos, Microsoft BI, or Cubeware.
• Design and implement data models, user interfaces, and ETL processes.
• After comprehensive training, potentially lead projects or conduct customer training.
• Work primarily with regional clients in the Rhein-Main area.
• Initial onboarding at one of the company locations; post-probation, hybrid/remote work (approx. 50%) is possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field.
• At least initial professional experience with OLAP or Business Intelligence tools and controlling in a larger company, e.g., through internships or working student roles.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as MS SQL Server, MS Access, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (~25%).
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
