Position Details

Full-time (40h) position based in Munich.

Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition and Management

Identify, approach, and support new partner acquisition
Maintain and expand existing partnerships
Develop creative strategies to increase partners and participation in special campaigns

Product & Project Management

Contribute to the development and implementation of product strategies
Coordinate and execute projects
Collaborate across departments for smooth project processes

Reporting & Analysis

Analyze performance metrics using partner database data
Derive actionable insights from analyses
Present results to the team

Candidate Profile

Degree in economics or a comparable qualification
First experience in content operations, partner management, or related fields; career changers are welcome
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organizational talent and ability to manage multiple projects
Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Team-oriented and self-driven work style
